Why 1950s???

The 1950s are very significant in the fashion industry. It was during this period that the world was recovering from world war 2 hence major clothing brands were launched.

Most of the fashion trends cropping back are the ones that were worn back in the 1950’s.

Vintage,old school,old antique,ancient,oldish,fossilized,neanderthal,classic,outdated whatever you want to call it is the current cool. From flairing pants to corset tops and oversized shirts.

They are decent,comfortable and stylish.

You can never go wrong with vintage no matter the occasion (with the right combination ofcourse😂)

That aside for my vintage look i went for checked trousers ,white block shoes ,blue blouse ,black hat and a brown belt. These are items that can be easily accessed. I wasn’t going for anything fancy . I wanted a simple but stylish look and i think i got it.
